By signing in to Memo AI, you agree to these terms. They apply to all Memo Fashion Limited staff using the platform.

1. Acceptable use

Memo AI is provided for work purposes at Memo Fashion. Do not use it for illegal activities, to generate harmful content, or to violate any applicable laws. Treat AI responses as starting points — verify important information before acting on it.

2. Accuracy

AI responses can contain errors. Memo AI is a tool, not a source of ground truth. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial decisions without independent verification.

3. Confidential information

You may share confidential work documents with Memo AI — it is designed for that purpose and runs entirely inside Memo's infrastructure. Do not share credentials, payment details, or personal information belonging to other people.

4. Intellectual property

All content generated by Memo AI in the course of your work belongs to Memo Fashion Limited. You are free to use AI-generated output for your work at Memo without restriction.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.97% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Memo AI may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or unexpected outages.

6. Termination of access

Access is tied to your employment at Memo Fashion Limited. When you leave the company, your account will be deactivated and your access will be revoked. Your historical chat data may be retained for compliance purposes.

7. Prohibited content

You agree not to use Memo AI to generate or distribute: illegal content, malware, content infringing on copyrights or trademarks, defamatory or harassing material, or anything that could damage Memo Fashion's reputation.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
